Tracey’s Place of Hope
Founded in 2000, Tracey’s Place of Hope is a residential program for adolescent girls in crisis with mental health and substance abuse problems. These facilities houses girls, aged 14-17, for recovery up to a year. Funds raised from the golf tournament will go towards rebuilding a new Tracey’s Place of Hope , keeping it primed for success for the decade to come.
Koinonia Homes for Teens
Serving one of the highest “at-risk” populations in our communities, Koinonia Homes for Teens brings residential substance abuse treatment to teens from across the state. Treating the whole person, Koinonia prepares these young people to manage their recovery and their mental & emotional health issues as well as teaching the necessary skills to live independently. Many of our teens come to Koinonia with little or no hope for their future, but flourish when given the opportunity. Koinonia Homes for Teens is a place where miracles happen every day!
