Tracey's Place of Hope at Koinonia Home for Teens
Serving one of the highest “at-risk” populations in our communities, Tracey's Place of Hope at Koinonia brings residential substance abuse treatment to teens from across the state. Treating the whole person, this program prepares these young people to manage their recovery and their mental & emotional health issues as well as teaching the necessary skills to live independently. Many of our teens come to Tracey's Place at Koinonia with little or no hope for their future, but flourish when given the opportunity. Koinonia Homes for Teens is a place where miracles happen every day!
